Explanation of Referrals

The auction company NIFLA uses, BiddingForGood, has a user friendly system for referring people to the auction. On the auction homepage, www.biddingforgood.com/nifla2011auction, click “Refer Friends”. By entering 20 e-mail addresses at a time, the auction information can easily be shared with family and friends. The indiviudals that are referred will begin receiving the auction e-mail blasts; updating new items that are being added to the auction and relaying other important information related to the auction. If they are not interested in receiving any more information, they simply have to “unsubscribe”.

“Referring friends” is also helpful to PRC’s. Sharing the information about the auction will let people know the items that have been donated by a particular center or in the name of your center. Friends may be extremely interested in supporting your center by bidding on the items that will directly benefit your center.
