Registration Information

Registration Notice

Courses are limited in size and usually reach maximum capacity prior to course dates. Advance registration with payment in full is required. To register online with a credit card, please click the link at the bottom of this page and complete the registration form. Please be sure to follow the registration and payment screens all the way through to the “thank you” page. Once you have clicked the final “submit button” you should receive an e-mail confirmation with a link to print a receipt for your records. This will ensure you that your registration was submitted correctly.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**: Payment is required at the time you register in order to secure your spot. A name of the attendee is also required when registering. If you are registering for someone else, please be sure to insert the name of the attendee in the comments box during the ordering process and be sure to check the spelling of the name as this will be used for printing materials for the course. If a name is not inserted in the comments box, the name submitted on the billing page will be used as the attendee.

DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
If your center has arranged for additional on-site scanning training through a local RDMS provider, your nurses may be eligible for a two-day training (Thursday-Friday) at a reduced cost. This two day course is approved for 16.4 contact hours. Registration online is NOT AVAILABLE for this special two-day training. Should you need further assistance or to register for a two-day course, please contact NIFLA’s Administrator/Conference Director, Sarah Jennings, at (540)-372-3930, Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:00 ET.

If you are a TLC center or a center going through TLC, please DO NOT register for any ultrasound courses online. You must contact your TLC consultant, Craig Chase, to schedule the ultrasound registration for your center. Craig Chase can be reached at 206-321-9580.

If your center has CREDIT TO BE APPLIED, please DO NOT register online. Please contact NIFLA’s Administrator/Conference Director, Sarah Jennings, at (540) 372-3930 to apply your credit.
