One of the greatest challenges of life-affirming medical clinics is to get everyone pulling together and functioning as a high-performance team that gets results. Getting results requires trust. Trust begins with every team member appreciating and understanding each other's roles and responsibilities.
This 60 minute webinar is about equipping the staff to better understand each other's roles and responsibilities (e.g., Executive Director, Nurse Manager and Client Services Director) and thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness in your medical clinic's life-saving services.
Who should attend?
Who will be the instructor? The instructor will be Beth Chase from NIFLA's Medical Advancement Division. Beth has over 27 years experience working in the pregnancy help medical clinic movement and has served as CEO of two medical clinic organizations.
Cost: $95 per center. The internet training system that will be used for this webinar can serve up to eleven logged-on participants. Staff can attend while offsite if need be. Some groups have projected the webinar on a wall via a projector that is connected to their computer and use the speaker on their phone for the audio portion of the webinar. This could be a working lunchtime or you could simply pass around the popcorn and enjoy.
